If you ever took a deep dive in yoga you know you come back different from the depths of yourself (if you haven't: you can just appreciate my poetic tone) and that journey revealed it self to me as descasca(r) - (to) peel & (to) bare.

An action, and at the same time a space and community to learn and practice yoga.

When creating such a specific container, the communication, the narrative and the language need to be carefully developed and aligned.

Storytelling & Thematic

Yoga lives through stories. The ability to incorporate storytelling in classes, lectures, posts, etc is essential.

Copywriting & Content

From instagram, youtube, newsletters, websites I’ve written a lot. My main priority was to share the little knowledge that I had and felt I could share.
